Title :: Gen AI Developer
Location : Pleasanton, CA
Duration : 12 months Contract
We’re seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our cutting-edge Technology & Innovation team in Pleasanton, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced generative AI models and algorithms to enhance our digital solutions and drive innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy generative AI models and systems to solve complex business problems and enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to identify and solve complex problems using AI and machine learning techniques.
Research and implement state-of-the-art generative models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformers, tailored to our business needs.
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy to ensure they meet business requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices in AI development are followed.
Work with large datasets to train and evaluate models, ensuring robustness and reliability.
Develop tools and frameworks to streamline the development of generative AI applications, enhancing team productivity.
Present findings and results to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models in a professional setting.
Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques, relevant to our business use cases.
Familiarity with GANs, VAEs, transformers, and other generative models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
Familiarity with big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
Publications or contributions to AI conferences and journals.
Experience with reinforcement learning and unsupervised learning methods.
