Role Description: |
Ø Experience with automotive plant production support and maintenance to new assembly line launches.Ø Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC-5, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Allen-Bradley Panelview, ABB S4c, DVT machine vision programming.Ø Experience with FANUC and ABB robots. Strong robot programming skills.Ø Programming Skills of various PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens/Omron) Ø Manufacturing process development and deployment for laser welding/ Spot Welding/ GMAW applications in automotive manufacturing, including weld process parameter development, material (Aluminum/Steel) and weld testing.Ø Experience providing support and training in industrial controls and automation an assembly plant. |
