Position: SAP FICO S4 Hana -S/4 & ECC Cutover Manager Project Manager
Location: Dearborn, MI ( Hybrid)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Around 12-15 years of IT experience with minimum 10 years of experience in SAP
2. Should have hands on experience with Finance, Controlling and Taxation
3.Should have at least 2-4 implementation (S/4 & ECC) and AMS experience
4. Worked in Automated DM,testing tool ,EML will be added advantage
5. Good Communication skills (Local and English) & Able to handle the customer expectation independently
Good to Have : Automobile industry Implementation or working experience & S/4 Certification
6. implementation experience with Discrete MFg and Repetitive Mfg Scenario is desirable
7. Should have hands on experience with controlling module -COPA
• Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of system/business cutover for I-ERP
• Assist in creating and managing Gantt chart, deployment plans, system refresh plans, and other integration activities.
• Assist in the preparation of the systems, helping coordinate cross-team preparation of plan and execution of build, load, and validation activities.
• Support Cutover activities including preparation of daily cutover status, data validation.
• Support the management of related cutover defects.
• Support the coordination of activities of a wide team of system integrators, SAP functional experts, technical experts, legacy teams, etc.
• Assist with the Business team engagement and communication as required.
• Support monitoring and managing defect reports, issue task initiation, and track completion of individual cutover tasks.
• Support and update Milestone charts, defect coordination, and reporting.
Must-Have Skills
• SAP certification
• Understanding of SAP landscape, SAP Transport Management, ChaRM
• Experience in SAP either as a Functional or Technical resource.
• Strong project management, Project plan, and Excel skills
• The role requires a good understanding of system builds, planning, and the ability to facilitate and drive teams through complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage key relationships between stakeholders involved in an upgrade/implementation environment.
• Ability to understand overall solutions and dependencies across multiple systems to ensure project delivery
