Requirements :
- Lead and mentor both DevOps and Salesforce teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) for both teams.
- Guide teams in applying Agile principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Foster collaboration between DevOps and Salesforce teams, as well as with other stakeholders across the organization.
- Understand and apply SDLC, project management, and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with SAFe framework
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce and DevOps technologies.
