Job Title: SAP HCM
Duration:6+ Month
Location: India full remote
Must have
Minimum 8 years of SAP HCM with S/4 HANA experience.
Certification in SAP HCM is must
Experience on Government/PSU Project is must.
Exposure on SAP integration must. (MM & FICO modules)
Minimum 4 5 end to end Indian implementation with Payroll & time Management is must.
Good exposure on WRICEF objects, F.S creation.
Very good in English & Hindi communication is must.
Good in understanding third party integration with SAP HCM (example: Biometrics)
Strong Indian Payroll knowledge with statutory requirements
Skills around Core functionality of Payroll like:
PCR Configuration must
Payroll configuration tables must
Wage type characteristics (Processing and Cumulation class) must
Payroll posting configuration
Statutory Info type knowledge
Payslip configuration
Statutory reports.
