Job description

 

Experience

 

Years of Experience

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in endpoint management and IT infrastructure roles
  • At least 3-5 years in a senior or architect level position
  • Project Management
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering largescale IT projects

 

Technical Skills

  • Endpoint Management
  • Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCM
  • Expertise with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot and Modern Management practices
  • Knowledge of MacOS and iOS device management solutions in Intune and Apple School Business Manager
  • Software Packaging and Deployment
  • Proficiency in application packaging
  • Experience with software distribution and update management
  • Expertise in PowerShell
  • Security and Compliance
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices and standards
  • Experience implementing and managing security policies e.g., BitLocker Windows Defender Conditional Access
  • Knowledge of compliance standards e.g., GDPR HIPAA ISO 27001
  • Infrastructure and Cloud Services
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Knowledge of network architecture and services VPN DNS DHCP
  • Modern Endpoint Management
  • In-depth understanding of modern endpoint management approaches
  • Ability to design and implement solutions using Intune for mobile device management MDM and mobile application management MAM
  • Experience with BYOD Bring Your Own Device strategies and managing diverse device environments
  • Knowledge of co-management strategies combining Intune and SCCM
