- They design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions by customizing workflows, creating connectors and integration points, and writing custom code.
- They work closely with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
- The primary goal of a SailPoint developer is to ensure the secure management of user identities and access privileges within an organization.
Some key skills required for a Senior SailPoint developer include:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) Knowledge: A strong understanding of IAM concepts, such as user provisioning, access management, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance, is essential for a SailPoint developer.
