Role- SAP O2C ( order to cash) Lead Consultant
Location-Normal, IL
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the application maintenance services for SAP O2C, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of the system.
• Manage and mentor a team of O2C support consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and logistics, to identify and resolve application issues.
• Develop and implement best practices for O2C application support and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address any potential issues.
• Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams for enhancements and upgrades.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to O2C processes and configurations.
• Facilitate user training and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Experience:
• Candidate must have experience working in high tickets OTC environment.
• Experience in OTC Master data, vehicle sales processes through SO, STO, SA, VMS, Vehicle gating, Invoice processes, Platform solutions integration for customer collaboration processes, Front end integration for sales order management, Mass data upload for various sales and invoices data,
• Candidate must have handled many incidents and Service request and delivered as per SLA metric.
• Invoice integration with front end system
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP Order to Cash application support and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of sales order processing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in SAP O2C or related areas is a plus.
