Role name: Product Architect
Role Description: 10+ years of extensive experience years in implementation and operations of Workday, requirements gathering, configuration, testing and troubleshooting. Minimum 5+ years of Solution Architect experience in implementing, integration, managing, and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment, including proficiency in Workday HCM, recruitment, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Performance and Development, Learning, Integrations, Security, Advanced Reporting, BIRT, Prism Analytics, and/or Expenses configurations.Proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript and be knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language.Experience of designing workflows to solve business/ Workday Studio, Core connectors and EIB / Ability Create new integrations to meet the business requirements using various Workday integration tools and technologies. Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Emp Discounts, Contingent Work, nomination procedures etc.,) and Financials Management (General Ledger, Banking, Billing, Accounts Payable etc.,)Good understanding and experience in cloud computing, web services, REST APIs and associated integration challengesBuild strong relationships with our customers to understand their requirements and be a key contributor to guiding, developing, and educating others within the Workday practice.Workday integration certification is a plus.Experience on Workday Extend is a plus.
