Java Tech Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Java Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and maintaining high standards of software quality. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to coordinate between onsite and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Java developers in the design, development, and maintenance of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Java Tech Lead or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 and above.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in SQL and database management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• AWS experience will be nice to have.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with onsite and offshore teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
