Position: IT Service Delivery Manager
Location: [Atlanta,GA]
Job Type: Contract
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of IT Technology Services delivery, including Application and Infrastructure projects.
- Ensure Operational Stability, IT Change Management, and Service Delivery for core business and end-user programs.
- Manage end-to-end risk management processes, including lifecycle management, information security, and GxP compliance.
- Lead projects of varying sizes with limited supervision, using Agile methodologies and tools throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with field service teams, manage team resources, and provide support for Asset Management, Desktop Services, and Desktop Support.
- Optimize IT service management to maximize value delivery.
- Leverage knowledge of Life Sciences or GxP processes to support regulated environments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in building and deploying business solutions, preferably within Supply Chain systems (e.g., MES).
- Experience in delivering IT solutions in regulated environments, ideally in Life Sciences (GxP).
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and optimization practices.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure delivery, application development, and support services.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in deploying solutions that align with industry regulations.
- Knowledge of asset management and field service management processes.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies for efficient project management.
