Infrastructure Manager

Job Title   : Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities :

·  Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services.

·  Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services.

·  Manage and optimize the organization’s data centers and network infrastructure.

·  Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and services.

·  Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IT strategies and goals.

·  Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution.

·  Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.

·  Maintain vendor relationships and manage contracts for infrastructure-related services.

·  Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding infrastructure security.

·  Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure capabilities.

Qualification and experience :

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·  10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in server, storage, network, and cloud technologies.

·  Proven experience in leading and managing a team.

·  Strong knowledge of infrastructure management tools, monitoring systems, and ITIL best practices.

·  Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

·  Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and data center management.

·  Certifications like ITIL, Cisco, VMware, or equivalent are a plus
