Job Details (Must Have Skills):
• Provide L2 support for Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, and other relevant products
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Ping Identity implementations, integrations, and configurations
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve product defects.
Nice to have skills:
• Perform in-depth analysis of incident logs and system data to identify root causes
• Participate in on call rotations for afterhours support
