Role: Cyber Security – IAM Professional
Location Require: New York, NY (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity and IAM roles, with a strong understanding of identity governance, access management protocols, and security risk management.
- Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and managing IAM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with MFA, SSO, RBAC, and PAM (Privileged Access Management).
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth understanding of identity and access protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automating IAM tasks and integrations.
- Experience with cloud identity solutions, particularly in environments like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and best practices for incident management and response.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically and act swiftly in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IAM integrations with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with advanced authentication methods, such as biometric authentication or behavioral analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud-native security practices and Zero Trust security models.
