We are hiring for the below position
Role: Project Manager/ Project Lead (4 to 7 years’ experience)
Location- Orrville, OH- Locals
Duration- Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage testing effort for enterprise Cloud Analytics re-platform project using Agile Scrum
Work closely with Project Manager and Program Test Lead to define and enact a test strategy, test plan and test schedule
Provides daily communication to key project stakeholders outlining progress and updates towards key milestones
Hosts daily calls during testing phases to review open defects/ blockers for testing
Manage and motivate internal and external testing teams to complete assigned testing assignments
Internal teams comprised of business SME’s
External teams comprised of 3rd party tech and development resources
REQUIRED SKILLS: (Please BOLD top 3 required skills)
4-7 years of relevant Project Management experience in large, complex application development projects
Familiarity with software development lifecycle
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to think critically and conceptually
Familiarity with Agile Scrum project management methodology
Embraces a customer service mindset.
Capable of maintaining strong relationships
Team-management and leadership skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
Consumer Packaged Goods experience a plus
Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops software a plus
DESCRIBE A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THIS ROLE:
Plan and prepare testing for current and future sprints
Check in with testing team on progress through the current sprint
Host daily call to review blockers for testing
Assist teams in eliminating blockers/coordinate testing
Provide status update to key stakeholders through nightly email communication

Efficiencies in the ETL/ELT (Extract Transform Load or Extract Load Transform) pipelines
Reduce duplication in compute used in both data warehousing and data virtualization
Provide availability of the data marketplace to report consumers and data scientists
Improve the development environment for the R and python development for the data science team
Provide visibility into lineage and pipeline health via the reporting tools
