Title: Product Owner/Senior Analyst
Type: 12m contract potential to convert
Location: 3 days a week, hybrid (Charlotte, NC), whatever days, Thursday is set though
About the Position:
PO for the digital survey platform, intake for survey request in addition to adobe experience platform, optimization of adobe, create, prio backlog, write capabilities, user stories, functionality, tactical decisions , dev and maintain detailed roadmap, enhancements, features, upgrade, work closely with marketing teams
Two teams under this person
Work mostly with Marketing – survey intakes (voice of customer, they use qualtrix – these are like if s new feature is released or if youre in app or on web, transfering money from one to another, may get a how was your experience survey), other PO’s
PM/Tracking tools – Jira/Confluence
Biggest challenges this person will face – coming into a space that is not really built out yet
Maybe a Senior BA, or PO – Blend of BA/PO gather requirements and plan out the work
Ideal Candidate:
Adobe implementation experience
Going in and getting adobe experience up to par
Someone who is sweet, but gets shit done
Must Have Skills:
4+ yrs experience as a PO ideally
****Adobe Experience Platform**** experience
Implementation/refresh of Adobe
Marketing within financial institute would be nice to have
