JD:

Author: Develop, test, debug, and deploy business rule applications on IBM ODM.
Integrate: Write code for rule execution and provide input to rule design.
Deploy: Ability to deploy Rule projects to Rule Execution Server through Rule Designer & Dev-Ops pipelines.
Java Programming: Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE (J8, J11, J17)
Experience in migration of rules from IBM ODM Versions 8.9 (classic engine) to 8.11/8.12 (decision engine)
Good understanding of data-modeling for XOM/BOM creations and mappings
Rule Authoring: Ability to write, Rewrite and manage business rules (good understanding of IRL, BAL, ARL & Java)
Integration: Ability to write Business Rule consumers in Java or through embedded ODM using SOAP, REST services.
Good experience / understanding of Cloud deployments, Dev-Ops pipeline, Agile and debugging and analysis techniques are key for the role.
