- 2+ years Hands-on experience with Virtuoso (mandatory)
- Test Automation skills at least 6 years with various test tools across technologies Tosca, UFT, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright .
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Working skills in Codeless automation tools .
- Skilled to Design ,modify and upgrade the Test automation frameworks
- Good debugging skills and problem solving – Analyze and provide solutions .
- Familiarity with scripting languages used in test automation (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python).
- Proficient in functional, regression, API, and cross-browser testing.
- DevOps skills – Integrate Virtuoso with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing.
- Good working knowledge in Test Management tools – ADO , qTest , Jira etc
- Process Oriented and good communicator
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust test automation strategy leveraging the Virtuoso platform.
Define best practices, standards, and frameworks for automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Virtuoso for web, mobile, and API testing.
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in adopting and using Virtuoso effectively.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Manual Testers to understand requirements and create test artifacts and plans .
Ensure comprehensive coverage of functional, regression, performance, and cross-browser testing using Virtuoso’s advanced features (AI-driven tests, self-healing).
Monitor and troubleshoot test execution issues and maintain detailed reporting on test results.
Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team in test automation tools and techniques.
Identify gaps in current testing processes and drive improvements.
