Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Reporting Lead for an onsite role in Watsonville, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP reporting tools and techniques, with expertise in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and advanced reporting capabilities. This role requires a hands-on professional who can lead reporting initiatives, work closely with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality insights from data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of reports and dashboards within the Oracle ERP system.
- Utilize Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher to create, manage, and customize reports according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to support business operations and decision-making, ensuring accurate and meaningful insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP reporting and ensure data integrity across all reports.
- Provide training and support to end-users, helping them understand and utilize the reporting tools effectively.
- Stay updated with Oracle ERP reporting best practices, tools, and updates to enhance reporting capabilities.
Required Skills:
- Oracle ERP: Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules and architecture.
- OTBI: Expertise in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for building custom reports and dashboards.
- BI Publisher: Proficiency in BI Publisher for report development and customization.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Demonstrated experience in data analysis, report design, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for ERP reporting issues.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
