Job Title: IT Project Manager – HR Franchise Initiatives

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee a range of initiatives involving our franchise partners in the Human Resources sector. This role requires managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure the successful implementation of HR systems and processes across various franchises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR-related IT projects from inception to completion, working closely with franchise partners to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to deploy HR systems and solutions.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication across project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Identify project risks and issues, proposing effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with both corporate standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT project management, specifically with HR systems or franchise operations.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- PMP certification is preferred.
