Job Description

This is Virtual assistance role with finetuning

Extensive experience (8+ years) in AI/ML solutions, with at least 3 years focusing on voice-assisted or conversational AI roles.
Deep technical knowledge in speech-to-text (STT), natural language understanding (NLU), generative AI models, and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
Proficiency with AI frameworks like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and conversational platforms such as Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, or Azure Bot Framework.
Expertise in cloud technologies (preferably AWS), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience designing scalable, high-performance voice systems that handle real-time data, noisy environments, and multilingual support.
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to guide engineering and data science teams while collaborating with business stakeholders.

A focus on innovation, scalability, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
