Role : Functional Tester

Domain/Functional Skills:

Expertise in FTP and IRRBB Concepts:
- Deep understanding of Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book.
- Knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), including methodologies for loans, deposits, and equity.
Empyrean FTP Model Knowledge:
- Strong familiarity with Empyrean FTP models and their functioning.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining FTP strategies and reporting.
Banking and Financial Knowledge:
- Familiarity with bank balance sheets and income statements.
- Ability to support collaboration among Finance Technology, Capital Adequacy, Treasury, and Business Units.

Responsibilities:

Testing and Evaluation:
- Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluation of software and services.
- Analyze performance discrepancies and recommend updates or enhancements.
UAT and Coordination:
- Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring organized and efficient efforts.
- Monitor and report defects using tools like JIRA and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.
Defect Management:
- Create defect reports and ensure proper tracking and resolution.
- Maintain and enforce testing criteria (entrance and exit) and testing data.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create testing requirements from design documents and functional requirements.
- Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for project documentation.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and defect management tools.
- Experience with testing data creation and maintenance.
