Role: Full Stack Developer
Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts
Translate detailed design into computer software
Test, debug and refine computer software
Prepare required documentation
Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency
Provide technical direction to programmers
Analyze functional business applications and design specifications
Maintain the IRAP Portal webapp
Make enhancements to IRAP Portal front end, back end, and associated infrastructure
Update the design of IRAP Portal webapp
Update and maintain architecture artifacts and system documentation
Represent the IRAP team in Architecture Review Board review sessions
Enhance the logging, monitoring, and alerting capabilities of the IRAP Portal
Ensure continuous compliance with FISMA standards
Create and implement NIST 800-53 internal controls
Build, enhance, and manage the DevOps pipeline for IRAP
Build data infrastructure in AWS using Terraform IaC
Recommend areas of improvement and enhancements for IRAP
