Senior Major Incident Manager
Location : Fountain Valley, CA (Remote)
Duration : 6 months plus

Requested Experience :
7 to 10 years of experience as Senior Major Incident Management managing incidents for Call Routing Emergency Services and Telematics
Must Haves
Domain expertise in a particular class of incident, such as Call Routing Emergency Services, Telematics, or Automotive with an interest in working more broadly
Experience being a part of an on-call rotation (24×7)
Experience writing broad user-facing communications (e.g. status pages) and/or targeted communications (e.g. direct emails, support ticket responses)
Strong verbal and written communication to lead incident bridges
Tools : SQL, Dynatrace, xMatters, ELK, Postman, JMeter, JIRA, Status Page
