Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Strategy Analyst with a strong background in risk management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating business performance, formulating strategies for growth, and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the organization’s sustainability and success.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze internal and external business environments to identify opportunities, challenges, and risks.
Develop and recommend strategic initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
Assess financial, operational, and strategic risks, proposing mitigation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and align strategies to achieve them.
Conduct detailed data analysis and prepare reports on market trends, industry benchmarks, and business performance metrics.
Create and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to safeguard the organization.
Provide scenario analysis and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Monitor the execution and effectiveness of business strategies and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Deliver presentations to senior management, highlighting strategic insights and recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategies and risk controls.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in business strategy, analysis, and risk management.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in business analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
In-depth knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications such as CBAP, CRMP, or related credentials are a plus.
Preferred Skills

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., financial services, technology, healthcare, etc.].
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and governance practices.
Knowledge of strategic frameworks like SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, or Balanced Scorecard.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is an advantage.
