Job Title: Data Modeler with Strong Azure and  mortgage Experience

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid) Need tri-state Candidate only

Employment Type: Contract

Exp: 10+

Must Have skills: A good understanding of Banking and Capital Markets, specifically Mortgage industry, Logical / Physical data models, (Azure) and SQL server, One Lake and Azure Fabric.

Job Description and required skills:

Overall 10+ years of experience in with 5+ years of experience in data modeling – design and build of logical / physical data models
At least 2 full implementation experience from defining data models to roll-out required (with cloud based data stores)
Experience of establishing physical models on cloud-based databases (Azure) and SQL server required
Deep knowledge in “One Lake” construct of Azure Fabric and associated data modeling needs
Ability to interface & communicate with key business stakeholders, translate business needs to technical needs, and design / validate the model accordingly
