Job Title: Senior Business Analyst w/d strong mortgage Exp

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid) Need Local Candidate only

Employment Type: Contract

Exp: 10+

Must Have skills: A good understanding of Banking and Capital Markets, specifically Mortgage industry

Essential Job Functions:

•                 Provide Project Analyst and management support as directed by project leader.

•                 Manage and track project related activities and report status as needed.

•                 Facilitate accurate and timely completion of business and technical activities as required.

•                 Additional Administrative tasks as required and assigned by project leader/team.

•                 Perform various other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•                 At minimum, high school diploma, with at least two years of work experience in a professional office setting

•                 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•                 A good understanding of Banking and Capital Markets, specifically Mortgage industry

•                 Strong understanding of Mortgage lifecycle (Origination, Servicing and Closing)

•                 Understanding of any Mortgage platforms would be helpful

•                 A strong team attitude and works well with others

•                 Ability to pay attention to detail

•                 Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving

•                 Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Outlook proficiency
