• Architect, design, and develop end-to-end solutions for Dynamics 365 CE, including customization, configurations, and integrations.
• Lead technical development using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Develop and implement APIs, plugins, and workflows using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure Functions to extend Dynamics 365 CE functionality.
• Build data migrations and integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise systems (ERP, third-party applications, and cloud services).
• Ensure security and compliance by applying role-based access controls, data encryption, and Microsoft security best practices.
• Optimize performance and scalability by fine-tuning queries, indexing, and asynchronous processing.
• Guide cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders to align solutions with business requirements.
• Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal system downtime and optimal performance.
