Minimum Mandatory Skills        

Strong People Management Skills; Strong Business Analysis skills; Technical Experience in PL/SQL Database, Insurance Domain

 

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets using SQL to support business decision-making and identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and objectives.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with business users to understand their needs and provide guidance on process improvements.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps in current processes.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including testing, training, and change management activities.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
