Job Description:

DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security practices into our DevOps processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and improving our security posture in our software development lifecycle.

Incorporate security measures into CI/CD pipelines.

Develop and Maintain automation scripts and tools for security processes.

Set up and manage security monitoring tools and generate reports on security incidents and vulnerabilities.

Work closely with development, operations and security teams to ensure security is intergated into the development lifecycle

Ensure that systems and processes comply with security standards and regulations

Lead incident response activities, including investigation and mitigation of security breaches

Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans and penetration tests

Maintain up-to-date documentation of security procedures, policies and protocols

Provide training and guidance to teams on security best practices and emerging threats

Proven experience as a DevSecOps engineer or in a similar role

Strong Knowledge of DevOps pracitces and tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker and Kubernetes

Proficiency in scripting language like Python and Bash

Experience with security tools like snyk, Fortify and Nessus

Familiarity with cloud platforms especially Azure and their security features

In-depth understanding of security protocols and security frameworks

Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience with IaC tools espacially very good and strong in Terraform
