5.1.1. Five years of experience in data modeling, data management, data transformation, metadata and reference data management, and business intelligence tools in medium to large complex environments.
5.1.2 Five years of experience with advanced SQL server technologies (SQL Server 2008 and above).
5.1.3 Five years of experience developing Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) and On-Line Analysis Processing (OLAP) databases.
5.1.4 Five years of experience with data warehousing / business intelligence technologies.
5.1.5 Five years of experience with Integration Services, Analysis Services, and Reporting Services
5.1.6 Five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) support tools and techniques.
5.1.7 Five years of experience working with Dimensional Modeling techniques and practices (data cubes, star schema, snowflake schema).
5.1.8 Two years of experience developing using XML, HL7, Schematron, JSON, and XPath.
5.1.9 Two years of experience using medical data standards (ICD10/SNOMED/RxNorm).
5.1.10 Two years of experience developing reports using SAS/SPSS.
5.1.11 Two years of experience with state government change management and security standards
