Role: Cybersecurity Manager
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
- Proficiency in managing security technologies, including firewalls, SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and cloud security platforms.
- Proven experience in incident response and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
