O Cloud Development Engineer
o Skills Targeted (compared to a general developer)
1) Cloud Experience (Azure, AKS prioritized, GCP secondary)
2) Systems Engineering
o – Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code
o Experience with cloud computing infrastructure (virtual networking, containers, runtime orchestration, API-driven web services [e.g. object storage, event management services])
3) Automation Engineering
o- Business Process Engineering
o- Systems Integration and Automation (e.g., multi-protocol, transactional event processing, batch, concurrency)
4) Software Development
o- Microservices architecture and development experience
o- Data design and database schema experience with structured and unstructured database systems
o- DevOps experience
5) Platform Engineering
o- cloud observability tools
o- cloud resiliency
o- critical application support in multi region architectures
6) Systems Design
o- advertising services for enterprise consumption via API gateway
o- knowledge of modern web application architectures and how they align with cloud native infrastructure
