Job Description –

Job Title: Clarity Admin
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Need local only 
Job Type: Remote
Duration: 6 Months+

Looking for an experienced Clarity Administrator

Responsibilities:

Ad Hoc
•    Scripting assignments
•    Assist with escalations/troubleshooting from the team
•    Get involved in the RITM management process (creating/”converting”/retiring) – this whole process is lacking proactive action oversight
•    ServiceNow Change Requests for production changes (new releases, major changes we make)

Daily
•    ServiceNow tickets
•    PPM Admin emails (including coaching the senders to use SNOW)
•    Address issues reported by vendor’s monitoring
•    Ensuring data populated/correct for new/changed resources in org (added in the nightly HR load)
•    If contractor: Contractor Type, Contractor Location, Vendor, Rate, OTE, Zero Capacity record (although Janet’s usually doing this)
•    All: Parent Role, Primary Role, Primary Function

Monthly
•    financial extracts
•    Ensure Resource data aligns with org chart / Master

Quarterly
•    Preview, prepare for and communicate functional changes with new releases

Level 1 support

•    Ad Hoc
•    ServiceNow tickets as assigned 
•    Data clean up efforts for issues (there’s only been one big one this year)
•    Open/Close timesheet periods
•    Update scheduled/reporting parameters
•    DEV and TEST refresh: schedule, oversee, pre & post activities, validation
