Position                   :                             Bigdata Developer with GCP

Job Type                  :                             12+ months contract

Location                  :                             Sunrise, FL-Local (Day1 Onsite)

 

Note: Looking for Sunrise, FL-Local on candidates only.

 

Job Description

·         Hands-on experience with spark/hive/pig/flume/sqoop/kafka.

·         Experience in GCP is a must.

·         Experience in BigQuery is a must.

·         Practical experience and in-depth understanding of Map-reduce.

·         Should have a good programming background with expertise in Java OR Scala OR Python – Must have.

·         Comfortable developing Object Oriented, multi-tier applications in a complex architectural landscape

·         Knowledge of bit bucket/git, Maven, Jenkins, and Shell scripting – Good to have.

·         Experience, interest, and adaptability to working in an Agile delivery environment.

·         Ability to select the right tool for the job.

·         Experience with RESTful services, JSON and XML metadata, and containers such as Tomcat/Jetty. – Good to have.

·         Experience in working on Hadoop distribution (CDH/HDP/Map reduce) – Good to have.

·         Exposure to data engineering ( data exploration, modeling, and schema designing)- Good have.
