Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Management (PM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. The individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while maintaining project timelines and standards.
Business Analysis:
- Gather and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and analysis of existing documentation and systems.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements for new systems and applications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and propose process improvements.
- Facilitate solution design and ensure business requirements are fully met in the final product.
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Ensure defects are logged and tracked, with clear and effective communication to developers and stakeholders.
- Perform functional and non-functional testing, including regression, performance, and security testing.
Project Management (PM):
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues or roadblocks.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and provide status updates, risk assessments, and reports.
- Assist in managing project scope changes and ensure proper documentation of all changes.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
