Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will conduct requirements analysis of existing systems processes and elicit, analyze, and document requirements for the implementation of the Fair Hearings System, tasks including:
- Identifying and documenting as-is and to-be IES system requirements and design using the IES prescribed business analysis methodology, processes, toolkit and tools including but not limited to context diagrams, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrix, user interface specifications and mockups
- Conducting systems analysis and documentation on legacy mainframe systems
- Meet with relevant stakeholders, including agency and local district subject matter experts, users, and executive teams to elicit requirements
- Produce work products that reflect and ensure system planning, design, and delivery are in line with business needs
- Conduct work product peer reviews and assist in internal review process
- Understand and adhere to project timelines and priorities
The awarded consultant are required to be onsite at their assigned work location at the frequency required by the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS). This frequency is subject to change with advanced notice. Consultants who are unwilling to be onsite for the required timeframe will have their task orders terminated
