Job Description:
- Need 8+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Need 4 Years of experience Proficient in eliciting requirements from key stakeholders and documenting them in visual models and written specifications.
- Need 4 Years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint,
- Visio, and collaboration software
- Need 4 Years of experience Proficient in change management methodologies and management of service requests using ticketing system
- Need 4 Years of experience Proficient in developing documentation artifacts to explain existing and proposed system states
- Need 4 Years of experience Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
- Need 4 Years of Knowledge of relational database principles and querying
- Need 2 Years of Knowledge of Jira or similar tool for managing requirements
- 2 Years of Knowledge of Agile development
- 2 Years of Familiarity with API design and function
- 2 Years of Experience documenting requirements for application code, reporting, and API development (esp. javascript, Python, SQL)
- Knowledge of Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools
