Job Description:

• Ability to execute and deliver: Collaborate with internal stakeholder’s draft business cases and functional requirements for features, guiding program management efforts for successful delivery, navigating trade-offs.
• Produce detailed, high-quality product specifications, documentation, and walkthroughs to ensure teams have a clear understanding of product features and workflows.
• Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture to solution and define release scope and timelines based on business priorities and constraints.
• Direct experience in Banking Operations, with a strong understanding of industry-specific needs and challenges.
• Direct experience managing and/or configuring CRMs for business needs; ideally using Salesforce.
  Familiar with admin configurations for workflows/business rules, reporting configurations, community portals, chatbot/Einstein
