Job Title: Data Governance Specialist / Collibra Developer  
Location:  Burbank/Los Angeles, CA Onsite 2-3 days a week.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Catalog Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in Collibra to join our team. In this individual contributor role, you will play a key part in the configuration, deployment, and optimization of the Collibra Data Catalog system. You will be responsible for managing technical metadata, developing custom workflows, ensuring accurate data classification and technical lineage, and collaborating with business units to capture use cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, data governance, and hands-on experience with Collibra tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in Collibra Data Catalog implementation, configuration, and management.
Expertise in technical metadata ingestion, lineage harvesting, workflow development, and data profiling.
Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data classification best practices.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Hands-on experience with data quality, data lineage, and cataloging tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to document requirements, use cases, and technical processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize systems for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Collibra or related data governance tools.
Familiarity with ETL tools, BI platforms, and ERP systems.
Experience in data integration, data architecture, or data management roles is a plus.
