As an Agile coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to teams and stakeholders in the Digital operating model and Agile practices. You will facilitate workshops, mentor team members, and drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration and improve processes, ultimately empowering teams to deliver value effectively.

- Providing guidance, coaching, and training to teams and stakeholders in the Digital operating model and Agile practices.
- Offering role-specific mentorship and support to individuals in their Agile journey while encouraging knowledge sharing to help spread and scale the Agile way of working.
- Managing metrics, conflicts, and communication within Agile teams effectively and defining and monitoring Agile-related metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Promoting self-organization, transparency, and collaboration within teams, fostering a sense of teamwork that values inclusivity and harmony.
- Playing a crucial role in identifying and addressing any obstacles or impediments that hinder continuous improvement.
- Consulting and supporting colleagues in agile roles as well as leaders with advice, training, coaching and building a community.
