Role-SAP C4C Functional Position

Location-Dallas,TX(Remote)

 

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in SAP C4C functional consulting or SAP CRM.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CRM business processes, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • SAP C4C Configuration: Hands-on experience in configuring SAP C4C, including workflows, business rules, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Integration Knowledge: Experience integrating SAP C4C with other SAP solutions (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, etc.) or third-party applications.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and translate them into functional SAP C4C solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
  • Certifications: SAP C4C Certification (preferred), SAP CRM or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of data migration, web services, and SAP integration frameworks is advantageous.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to manage the full lifecycle of SAP C4C projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
