Job Description,

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Support and Maintenance: Provide comprehensive support for SAP Work Manger,  SAP Financials and SAP HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the entire ecosystem.
  • Work Order and Labor Assignments: Should have a knowledge/understanding of work order management processes, including labor assignments and resource allocation.
  • Scheduling and Time Entry: Should have a knowledge/understanding of scheduling and time entry processes, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
  • Accounting Allocation: Should have a knowledge/understanding of the allocation of accounting entries, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Technical and Functional Expertise: Leverage both technical and functional knowledge to identify issues, and recommend optimization in the system performance. Identify areas of customization that should be aligned with industry best practice for process or tool usage. Identify areas to leverage the tool ecosystem to eliminate manual work and automate integrations to maintain data integrity
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and integration of systems and processes.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to end-users, ensuring effective use of systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a SAP Techno-Functional Consultant, with hands-on experience in SAP.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP modules (e.g., HR, FI/CO, MM), Strong understanding of integration points and data flow between systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and positive attitude.  Understand utility industry accounting practices
