Title: UX Sr. Content Strategist
Location: Charlotte NC(Hybrid)
Duration: 06+ Months Contract

Not Only designer.. need to have someone that has content experience.. not just editors or marketing people
Qualifications
Agile Experience – 2 Years minimum
Strong writing and editing
UX knowledge
Content Strategy
Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content for web and mobile experiences, including UI copy, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows, and product narratives.
· Partner with UX designers, researchers, and product teams to ensure content aligns with user needs and business goals.
· Use Figma to map out content flows, annotate designs, and collaborate with designers on wireframes and prototypes.
· Maintain content consistency by adhering to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
· Conduct content audits and recommend improvements to enhance clarity and usability.
· Work with accessibility experts to ensure content is inclusive and meets WCAG standards.
· Leverage data and user insights to inform content decisions and iterate on content strategies.
Preferred Skills (nice to have)
Ex: Case Management Experience – 3+ years
