Position: SAP Integration Suite Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 4-6 Month Contract (Possibility to extend)
Required Skills and Experience:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite.
-Proficiency in Java and Groovy scripting to support integration solutions.
-Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
-Strong understanding of integration design concepts, SAP Cloud Connector, OAuth 2.0 security protocols, and API integration patterns.
-Expertise in debugging and monitoring tools within SAP Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO environments.
-Foundational knowledge of SAP ERP integration practices, including setting up interfaces for inbound and outbound data.
-Familiarity with ABAP programming (beneficial but not required).
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Job Description:
This is a contract position, with an estimated duration of approximately four months. As the SAP Integration Suite Consultant reporting to the ITDP Program Manager of Integration and Digital Channels, you will modernize Karcher North America’s digital infrastructure by migrating critical SAP PI interfaces to SAP Integration Suite. The SAP Integration Suite (CPI) platform is managed by the Global Team, and you will work within their established processes to complete buildout and integration activities. By optimizing integration capabilities, you will enhance operational efficiency and enable agile business processes. In addition to leading migration efforts, you will design and develop new integration solutions and empower team members with comprehensive training and mentorship, ensuring a scalable and future-proof integration strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
-Migrate SAP PI/PO projects to SAP Integration Suite while adhering to Global Team processes and ensuring functionality, reliability, and performance.
-Collaborate with the Global Team to align on integration guidelines, leveraging shared resources and best practices.
-Design, develop, and implement new integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite’s capabilities, including API management, event-based integrations, and message queuing.
-Utilize SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for real-time data integration and process automation.
-Create and deliver hands-on training for ITDP team members, covering foundational concepts, development practices, and best-use strategies for SAP Integration Suite.
-Provide ongoing mentorship and support as team members adopt and utilize new integration technologies.
-Work cross-functionally with regional and global IT teams, business units, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
-Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration projects, processes, and training resources.
-Stay current with advancements in SAP Integration Suite and integration best practices to drive innovation.
