Position: Ricoh Process Director

Location: Newark (Remote with travel once in 3 months)

 Job Description:

• Work with stakeholders and development teams to create new workflows and control files in Ricoh Process Director based on requirements.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
• Provide BAU support for business partners and ensure quality for daily production activity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of design/development experience in Ricoh Process Director.
• 5+ years of development experience in Linux with shell scripting and cron.
• 5+ years of experience with Java Scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
