Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with 10+ years in the field, including 6+ years in CX consulting. This role is ideal for a leader skilled in Oracle CX Sales & B2B Service Cloud Applications and proficient in developing and integrating custom solutions.
Key Highlights:
✅ Techno-functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle CX implementations
✅ Expertise in CX Sales, B2B Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Visual Builder Services
✅ Hands-on experience in functional configurations: custom objects, workflows, groovy scripting, data migration, OTBI analytics
✅ Front-end skills: HTML, JavaScript, CSS (React experience is a plus!)
✅ Strong integration design and development experience
