Detailed Job Description:

Snowflake – Data Engineer
The developer should have 7+ years of experience in ETL/ELT projects
The developer should have 3+ years for experience with Snowflake concepts like Snow SQL, Snowflake Procedures, Snow Pipe etc.
Experience in working with flat files like Fixed Width, Delimited, JSON and XML.
The developer should have a strong grasp of SQL, as Snowflake uses this language for database queries. They should be able to write complex queries and optimize them for performance
The developer should be able to test the code and promote to higher env via GIT repos
Good to have : Working experience on Airflow DAGs to schedule ETL orchestration tasks

Job responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in Snow SQL queries Writing against Snowflake Developing scripts Unix/Linux, Python, etc. to do Extract, Load, and Transform data

In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concept and modeling structure principles

Experience in Data warehousing – OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts, and Data modeling.
