As a Campaign Technical Developer, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and deployment of email campaigns within Adobe Campaign Message Center. This role involves a strong technical focus, where you will work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure email content is correctly formatted, integrated, and functioning across multiple platforms. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and troubleshoot campaigns, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy email campaigns within Adobe Campaign Message Center.
- Work extensively with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure proper formatting and integration of email content within Adobe Campaign.
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot emails to ensure they are functioning as expected.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
- Specialize in the technical aspects of email campaign setup, including coding HTML/CSS for emails, integrating APIs, and performing testing to ensure functionality.
- Ensure that email content is correctly rendered across various platforms and devices.
- Involved in setting campaigns live and monitoring their ongoing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize email campaigns and troubleshoot any issues with delivery, formatting, or performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Campaign Message Center.
- Strong expertise in HTML and CSS, particularly for email template creation and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in JavaScript for custom email content integration and testing.
- Experience in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting email campaigns.
- Knowledge of email best practices and how to ensure email content renders correctly across platforms and devices.
- Familiarity with email rendering tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience in email campaign development or similar technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
- Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner certification.
- Experience with API integrations and data management within Adobe Campaign.
- Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and optimization techniques.
