Responsibilities:

Badge & O365 Support Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1/3 of the day will be dedicated to printing ID badges and sending them out to Branch locations.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Microsoft O365 SharePoint.

Provide application issue resolution and technical assistance.

Participate in project planning discussion to define software design requirements, architecture, and development.

Primary Qualifications:

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT and with Microsoft O365.

Basic working knowledge of SharePoint, PowerApps, BI and other O365 Tools.

Individual Skills & Competencies:

Ability to resolve technical issues and identify product/service innovations.

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a professionalism with the team, business, and upper management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
